Expected time for delivery depends on the country where you are receiving your order.
All your purchases will be processed within a 24-hour time frame. Orders placed during public holidays or week-ends will be processed the following working day.
You will receive a Track and Trace number upon shipment.
Order confirmation and delivery
When you order products on the Website, you will be able to correct or delete products as well as your own information until you complete the order. Your order will not be completed until payment has been successfully processed.
In case you pre-order an item, you hereby accept that full payment is required upon purchase. Therefore the full amount will be deducted as soon as you “checkout” if you make a pre-order.
As soon as the order is received, you will receive an order confirmation with the details of the products you have purchased, their costs and expected times of delivery.
Customs, duties and additional costs
Higo does not include any customs and taxes that depend upon the country where you receive your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). These expenses are calculated according to the state regulations and should be covered by you upon the delivery.
Higo insures your purchase while in transit. Please note that after delivery, you are responsible for the product. Should the packaging be damaged at the time of delivery, you should refuse delivery.
However, if you receive a damaged product, or if the estimated time of arrival is not respected or if you do not receive your order, we kindly ask you to contact us by sending an e-mail toso that we can promptly find a solution.
If you have received damaged goods, please save all packaging materials and send us pictures of the damaged products attached to your e-mail so that we can promptly analyze your claim.
You can return and request a refund for any item ordered within 14 days of the delivery date. We kindly ask you to start the return process by contacting us at email@example.com
Once we have accepted your request for return, we will send you a return ticket that you will need to insert inside the original package. We will coordinate with you the return of your product via a Courier chosen to that effect.
Please, do not send your products before receiving our confirmation via e-mail.
In order to accept your return, the item should be unworn, have its tags attached, and be sent inside its original packaging. Higo reserves the right to reject any returned product that does not meet the above requirements.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
“Sample Sale” and made to order products are not eligible for returns.
If you need to make an exchange, please contact us atso that we can coordinate a return and if you would like to, the purchase of a new item.
All approved returns will be refunded as soon as possible once we have checked that the returned item is in perfect conditions. Refunds will be made in accordance to the currency, account and payment method used for the original purchase.
