Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

You can return and request a refund for any item ordered within 14 days of the delivery date. We kindly ask you to start the return process by contacting us at higo@higobuenosaires.com

Once we have accepted your request for return, we will send you a return ticket that you will need to insert inside the original package. We will coordinate with you the return of your product via a Courier chosen to that effect.

Please, do not send your products before receiving our confirmation via e-mail.

In order to accept your return, the item should be unworn, have its tags attached, and be sent inside its original packaging. Higo reserves the right to reject any returned product that does not meet the above requirements. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

“Sample Sale” and made to order products are not eligible for returns.

Exhanges

If you need to make an exchange, please contact us at higo@higobuenosaires.com so that we can coordinate a return and if you would like to, the purchase of a new item.

Refunds 

All approved returns will be refunded as soon as possible once we have checked that the returned item is in perfect conditions. Refunds will be made in accordance to the currency, account and payment method used for the original purchase.
